Just in from my Twitter network that this notes section will act like a wiki, I am here to investigate and think about how I can use this as part of tech camp.

As a tech skills teacher interested in e-learning, I rely on support from the Australian Flexible Learning Framework http://www.flexiblelearning.net.au
I work for a Government funded agency in the UK, called JISC, which is funded to help stimulate and support the use of e-learning for just about all education sectors here. So, I spend a lot of my time driving across the South East of England, visiting Colleges, Adult Learning Centres, Specialist Colleges and so on. Most of my time at these places is spent either doing training of some ilk, or in meetings or providing some advice and guidance on up and coming issues.
I use to teach a lot in the past and enjoyed it immensely. Definitely a really satisying and rewarding job... and a lot of fun !
This year will be my first year to I teach tech to 5th and 6th grades.
